Showmanship and fantasy were hallmarks of legendary American badboy designer James Mont, the Godfather of Exotic Modernism. He caused a scandal in the late 1940's. If you're planning a little scandal of your own, we've got just teh piece for you. Inspired by an original design by James Mont, circa 1942, this grand cabinet is a work of art. With faceted doors and a unique tapered shape, it is well suited to work in the midst of any interior setting. It is crafted of Cherry solids and veneers. The cabinet features block-style feet with an open center. The interior houses a fixed shelf. Adorning the doors are hand-forged ring pulls. Painted accents included. Gilt accents available at an additional charge.
