This chandelier is from Alison Berger’s Beckon collection, a family of light fixtures partly inspired by Italian glass from the 1920s and 1960s. Berger likens the process of crafting each piece to creating a couture garment, where every element is made by hand, down to the inner hardware. The layered design seems to float in space with two hand-blown glass parts: an inner sanctum that houses the illumination, and an outer shell that amplifies rings of light, beckoning viewers to take a closer look and discover the mysterious radiance within.
